When we were considering selling our home, we undertook a thorough investigation of several real estate companies and interviewed a number of agents. Jason was our first choice. At his interview, we were impressed by his wide knowledge of the industry, his energy, his marketing skills, and his friendliness.
Although most houses under $1m seemed to have been selling quickly in Dunedin, those over that price were much slower. Our 21-roomed home was no exception: it took 15 months! Throughout that time, Jason worked really hard and we had a steady stream of prospective purchasers coming through. He was in frequent contact with us – reporting on the state of play at least once each week.
There were times, though, when we became rather disheartened through lack of acceptable offers, especially through the winter months, but Jason was always there with encouragement.
