Knowledgeable and Understanding
After many months of searching and quite a lot of interaction, the ideal property finally showed up - and she knew it would be right for me, having listened to me chatter for ages about other places. Positive, Realistic and an Outstanding Auctioneer!
Pam was a great fit for us as our agent from the start, with her outgoing and positive demeanour. She showed fantastic knowledge of the market, and set realistic expectations for the value of our property, which were pretty much bang on! She made the whole process very simple and easy to understand, and was more than happy to work around our young family when it came to open homes and viewings. Knowledge, honesty, integrity and great result!
Selling a house is quite a scarey process and Paul helped me through it, and over the bumps along the way, with a minimum of stress. His knowledge in all areas, and excellent contacts where I needed help with getting anything done in preparation for sale, was really great. An Honest Agent Who Listens
We originally met Pam informally when she came to give a valuation on our house....we were not really looking to sell then but we were curious. Her approach was very professional and not at all pushy. It was an easy decision to choose her when later, we did actually decide to sell. Pam outlined our selling options and gave her recommendation but left it up to us. The sale was last night and her recommendation was absolutely the right way to go....we are very happy with the result. I have no hesitation in recommending Pam Mulder to anyone buying or selling their home.
