We were invited to a meal earlier this year at a friend"s apartment in Oriental Bay. It impressed us and combined with a long held love of Oriental Bay we decided we could consider purchasing an apartment there at some stage if the opportunity arose. After an inspection and carrying out a comparison of features between our home and the apartment we made a formal offer which was subject to a review of information about the apartment and selling our home. Embarking on such a process at short notice was an emotional journey for Janet and myself and Michael's input into this was very helpful.
