After an inspection and carrying out a comparison of features between our home and the apartment we made a formal offer which was subject to a review of information about the apartment and selling our home. Embarking on such a process at short notice was an emotional journey for Janet and myself and Michael's input into this was very helpful. We also appreciated the input of other senior Just Paterson personnel in making our decision to proceed with an offer. The process of purchasing the apartment and selling our own home was completed with great efficiency in three weeks. We felt throughout that Michael's integrity was outstanding. We happened to see a very appealing apartment and so we called Michael to help us. From the outset he was brilliant - so calm, clear and considerate of our needs and wants (and we had a few!) all of which resulted in us buying the apartment and then putting our beloved home on the market. Michael made it seem very easy and he and the Just Paterson team were always respectful and very supportive. A wonderful network - so professional. Micheal was very patient, honest and always so positive and cheerful. We had regular updates and lots of excellent communication peppered with encouragement and realism. He is so enthusiastic, has great energy and a real love of people. It was very easy to work with him. Selling our home only took 15 days and a lot of hard work from Michael. Michael came on board after a failed four-month long campaign with another agent. It took him just three weeks to present us with a multi-offer and deliver a cash offer above our asking price, despite a declining market. Throughout the campaign, Michael kept us fully up to date in a clear and meaningful way. He was always contactable. He's humourous, easy to talk to and really gets it. Michael is unrelenting and enthusiastic in his commitment, dedication and work ethic. He went the extra mile in every respect. For example, he dropped off his vacuum when ours broke before open home, and even cleaned our bathroom when I forgot (!) When it came down to working through the offers, Michael spent hours with us working to get the best outcome - even though I know the difference in price would have made very little difference to his commission. Michael has even assisted us in the purchase of our new property. It's well beyond the scope of his job and it's been amazing having him on our team. Selling your house can be a bruising and lengthy process, especially in a declining market. But we were always supported by Michael. He was kind, respectful and has a huge amount of integrity. I really can't say how wonderful Michael is. He sold our house when others couldn't. He treated us with respect and kindness. We couldn't recommend him more.

We met Michael at an open home.. which we followed this house but miss out on it… Michael followed us through this with such kindness and honestly that I decided to list my house with him… every step of the way Michael was there for myself my daughter and granddaughter.. We met Michael to review the home we now own... the connection was instant. It was like meeting an old school friend we hadnt seen in years... we already had a broker who was awesome and meeting Michael was the blessing we needed to help get the home we love now. During the stress of looking for a home my husband had a heart attack at work.
