In a tough market and with us selling by distance Michael worked hard to ensure we were getting people through and the house was looking good for presentation. Because we were out of the city having someone we could trust to stay on top of things was important. We never had to chase Michael for anything, he was always on the ball, following up potential buyers, keeping us informed and keeping an eye on all the details.
