He was kind, thoughtful, an excellent negotiator, and understanding of both our needs as a buyer and the vendors need throughout the buying process. Charles brought in an excellent offer 5 days after the listing went live, which was a great result. In the lead up to the listing, he gave very good advice on what was needed to present the townhouse, sourced people to help with preparation - and perhaps, just as importantly, advised on what didn't need to be done. His assessment of the market was realistic, as was his advice on the approach to pricing and method of sale. And it worked!
