Some real estate agents phone it in, but not Michael. He recently sold my apartment, and I really think he went the extra mile to thoroughly understand the property and the potential buyers. Michael stands out from other real estate agents I have met. A genuinely likeable fella who works hard for his clients but is equally helpful and straight up with buyers. Excellent communication and supportive throughout the process. As previous reviews have mentioned, he waterblasted my paths (and got absolutely head to toe filthy!), whipped around with his leaf blower before open homes - I also took to calling him “above-and-beyond”. Michael, thanks so much for your help in selling my home, your experience and advice were always spot-on and apologies for covering your newly dry-cleaned suit in cat fur!
