Zani was professional at all times with us. It was really nice they way she acknowledged that she was selling our mothers house and that it would have special meaning to us all. Zani was brilliant at keeping us informed about progress on the house and possible buyers. The weekly reports that were emailed to us were very informative. I was also impressed how she would encourage other agents with buyers to come and view the house as I thought that showed how she was focused on getting the best possible result for us. I would definitely both recommend Zani and also use her myself if I was looking at selling a house.
