Right from the beginning Zani was all about making sure we were happy and comfortable with everything. Every stage of the way Zani was at least a step ahead of us. When she wasn't happy with the original open home numbers she changed things up. She stayed in regular contact with anyone who had viewed our property and quickly realised the ones that were interested. She pushed back on us when we got a bit nervous about something silly and backed it all up with great info. The weekly follow up reports were so good we really couldn't have wanted anymore information. I was adamant we wouldn't go to auction as I'd be a nervous wreck.
