Richard and the team provided a professional and seamless service for the sale of our property. Communication was fabulous and we were kept updated throughout the process. In today's market we were stunned with the awesome outcome. We feel this was due to great marketing and Richard’s local knowledge of the area. If you want a team that gets results look no further than Richard Hartles at Wei Sen & Co.

Thanks to Rich and the team for strategically marketing our lifestyle property, selling it, and then finding us our new home in town!😀 Rich's expertise helped us to strategically market our block in a time when lifestyle property sales were slow, we felt like there was always a plan from marketing through to pricing and it translated into a sale. We enjoyed Rich's positivity and optimism, we had been trying for a while prior to joining Lugtons and we were tiring of the process. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him or use his services again ourselves. Brynn & Kerryn

Richard has been great to deal with from the beginning. He was always happy to answer our many questions and to provide advice throughout the process. The team in behind Richard are amazing - exceptional communication throughout the whole process and they quite clearly operate very effectively as a team. We’re stoked with the result and looking forward to our next adventure. We would highly highly recommend Richard to anyone looking to sell.

When we decided to move back overseas and sell 12 Caversham Drive we looked no further than Hugo Hartles. Peter and Gie would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to Hugo, Richard and the team at Lugtons. A special mention and thanks to Hugo who has been amazing throughout the entire process. Their recommendation to go to Auction was spot on and we wish them all the best in their future endeavours.

My husband and I enjoyed working with Hugo and Wei Sen Team. Hugo was accommodating during our first home purchase, from providing feedback and insights to our wish list, helping negotiate the price, and ensuring the settlement went smoothly. The process was new to us, so we appreciated how Hugo was approachable and proactive. Thank you, and all the best!

It was a delight working with Hugo to find our family home. We came into the market with a very specific budget, location and features in mind and Hugo worked tirelessly to help us find what we were looking for. One thing we really liked about Hugo was throughout the process, Hugo was very patient when we didn’t like a property and didn’t push us to make a decision quickly and accept the negatives. Hugo had really good communication with us which we felt was important and was always happy to take time to explain things we didn’t understand. Hugo always worked his magic to get us to see homes that suited our busy schedules. We enjoyed working with Hugo and we would definitely recommend him when you are looking for your next home.

Hartles brothers are best people in real estate I have ever met. I never felt any kind of pressure while I was looking for my dream house with the help of Hugo Hartles.

Richard and his team went above and beyond what was expected to make the sale of our property an easy experience. I can't thank them enough for the proffessional way they carried out the whole thing, the communication was excellent and Richard really made us feel like he cared and that we weren't just another sale. He came through on all his promises. An awesome experience from beginning to end. Great team support from the whole team.

Absolute frictionless experience with Richard and the wider Wei Sen team. Their marketing and approach is hands down the best around. Their marketing attracted droves of buyers through the doors in the days following listing and we had multi-offers on the table inside the first week leading to a great result. Highly recommend! Thanks team - Mike & co

Having Jono on our team made selling our dream home an absolute breeze. He is extremely professional, with a cool, calm approach to what can be a daunting process. What makes Jono stand out from the crowd is his ability to connect with buyers on a personal level and build strong relationships. He makes you feel like you are his only client - whether you are a vendor or buyer - always available and always going the extra mile to keep you informed and ensure you are comfortable with every step in the process. We cannot recommend Jono enough and would not hesitate to partner with him again for future house sales.

Highly recommend Richard and his team who supported us with positioning, marketing and sale of our property. Team is talented, experienced and agile.

Richard worked hard to get a fantastic outcome. He listened to what I wanted to achieve and what selling the house meant for me. He approached the process in a very professional manner but also with a sense of humour and a kind and caring way. I felt fully supported throughout and was always comfortable contacting him with questions and queries no matter how big or small. His team organised and presented beautiful photos, videos and a brochure of the property and kept me informed throughout the process. Richard presented me a conditional offer just 12 days after the property went on the market going unconditional exactly one month after listing and for more than the asking price. Thank you for an outcome that would have been considered very good in a thriving real estate environment, so to have achieved it in these difficult times is close to being a miracle!! I would recommend Richard and his team to anyone looking to list a property.
