We understood that Colin has taken on a new career, but if we compared Colin against other experienced agents, which we have done so recently, Colin has actually done a better job. He was honest, very transparent and there was no bullshit. He worked fairly between the buyer and the Vendor and I think he was very fair on both sides. He did his job for them but also for us, so a very fair transaction was completed. The key word here is communication, along with his full disclosures, we were actually very impressed. We wish him every bit of success for the future and more than likely we will be back again to purchase another with Colin.
