My experience with Colin was a positive one. I lived in a different city which made some things difficult. There were times when I thought Colin assumed I knew how to use all the modern contraptions of communication when I really only know telephone and email, but we managed, It is also not a given that older people know how to "sign, scan and send back". It can send us into conniptions. It was unfortunate that I didn't get the price I wanted and I could "see" the conversations between Colin, who knew what I wanted, and the buyer who Colin knew also.
