It's been very hard to find the right words to describe our experience with Rob without being too gushy. To be honest, Rob was pure gold for us, guiding our way through the sale of our home. Rob was honest about the current market but was so positive about the potential sale it was easy to follow his lead. He kept us calm about the open homes when the reality hit that we were having strangers through our home. If Rob didn't ring, it meant he had nothing to say, things were happening at his end, once there was progress he would make contact. Rob hid nothing from us regarding the home we brought even though there plenty of faults with it, he knew we werent scared of hard work so was open about what he knew needed doing. He was professional from the first time we met him right through to the end, that meant a lot to us.

When I first met Rob, I straight away felt comfortable with him. Call it a gut feeling or whatever, but I knew Rob would sell our property....and he did, in quick-smart time. In fact, Rob achieved a sale price for us at 30% higher than any other Whanganui agent/real estate company had previously presented to us. Rob made the whole process seamless with his jovial nature and friendly communication style. Hassle-free and drama-free. After listening to many other recommendations of which agent to run with, and dare I say it, wasting too much time with those other recommended agents, we chose Rob. The best choice by far in Whanganui. Rob's solid local knowledge and strong negotiation skills resulted in the best deal possible for us. Paula's communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and she was always friendly, approachable, and incredibly helpful whenever we requested additional information. We really appreciated Dom's patience when visiting the property a second time for measurements etc. The responses were consistently prompt, making the purchase feel smooth and stress-free. Wayne was fantastic to deal with throughout the whole process of buying our first home. From the initial enquiry put out to multiple agencies, Rob stood out with his prompt communication which continued during the entire process. When Rob first visited the house he understood what made my home a special place to live, not just a house. I hadn't found this with other agencies. Rob was professional throughout, explaining the process in a down to earth manner, showing considerable local knowledge of the housing market and best marketing strategies for my home. Rob recommended ideas to show the house to its best, which were sensitive to my financial situation. Some options I suggested, Rob advised he did not consider necessary. This provided me with confidence that Rob understood what buyers were looking for and what was or was not important to spend my money and time on prior to marketing. Rob was sensitive and honest in this respect and was honest in pointing out anything he thought should be improved, as opposed to other agencies who did not have any suggestions and I felt were just after a quick and easy sale. I found Rob approachable and no question was a bother, with Rob putting in the extra effort over and above to achieve the best result in the best time frame. Communication was always very prompt and courteous. Rob exceeded my expectations of negotiating the house sale process to be as supported as possible with minimum stress. I highly recommend Rob
