Paula has been positive and supportive and encouraging during this time of selling our property .I have found Paula to always respond promptly to any questions and always has a solution for most situations . We really appreciated the txts after each open home and then the calls to review the open home on Sunday night . Paula has made this whole process light filled and relatively easy . Paula has helped us get a great new owner for our much loved home and made the negotiating and paper work side real easy . Honestly Paula has been such a delight to work with that I will miss our mid week calls on the "state of nation". FYI We did get our place staged which helped a lot especially with the professional photos . We took up the offer of the great marketing package which made bringing our place to market easy . And I would like to add that the whole Harcourts admin and team have been professional and supportive . We thank Paula and Dom for all their tireless effort and wish them great things in the future .
