Nicky was a confident and clear communicator, with the information we needed at her disposal, and was happy to go and find out anything she was unsure of. She was interested in what we were looking for in a house so that she could match us with the right house, not just sell anyway. We were grateful for her ability to keep in touch at all stages of the purchasing process, as it was somewhat complicated with a contract subject to sale already in place. We benefitted from her helpful attitude where nothing was too much trouble. She even took us back for a second look the same day as we had been at her open day so we could check some details. We would recommend her as a diligent, enthusiastic agent who would simplify the buying and selling process for any vendor or purchaser.
