We understood that Colin has taken on a new career, but if we compared Colin against other experienced agents, which we have done so recently, Colin has actually done a better job. He was honest, very transparent and there was no bullshit. He worked fairly between the buyer and the Vendor and I think he was very fair on both sides. He did his job for them but also for us, so a very fair transaction was completed. The key word here is communication, along with his full disclosures, we were actually very impressed. We wish him every bit of success for the future and more than likely we will be back again to purchase another with Colin.

Shannon was really great to deal with and even though I wasn’t local he made purchasing the property really straight forward. I did feel like Shannon wasn’t just selling me a house, he was helping me join the Castlecliff community - really happy I did :)

Ngaire conducted herself very well and was willing to assist day or night. She was quick to respond to any queries and regular updates were given. Experienced a few hiccups with documentation initially, but that was rectified quickly. Overall very satisfied with the service received.

We were very happy with the results that Paula obtained. From the start, she was confident and thoughtful about the marketing strategy. She had great communication and gave updates regularly. Paula is a very clever and professional agent and I would recommend her if you want someone who will go hard to sell your property.
