We met Gavin when searching for our next property. After many, many open homes, we found a property we weren't sure we could make work, but fell in love with. Gavin was welcoming and professional on arrival. Gave us the space to look around and didn't hassle us after we left as some agent often do. When making an offer, he was quick and to the point. Answered our questions and made things easy. And finally, on completion, he was so nice about congratulating us, making sure things were going smoothly on moving day and offered a final inspection.
