Gavin is easy to talk to and explained the buying /selling process well. He has a drive and enthusiasm to do the best possible job and maintained this momentum throughout the sale of our property. We sold our home as a vacant property and felt confident in leaving Gavin in charge of the property. He did little jobs like ensuring the lawns were mown, changed light bulbs, and presented the house well at open homes. We received timely and detailed updates while the property was on the market and Gavin followed up after the sale to the house as well. This was the first time we had sold a house and Gavin showed patience in negotiation of the sales process.
