Tessa originally helped me as a draftsman on my build, so I knew how she worked before I hired her to sell it. She was just as good as an agent. She sent a vendor report every week and was straight with me whether things were busy or quiet. She tracked competing listings, chased buyers waiting on finance, and always got back to me quickly. When the offers came in she moved fast and kept everything clear, even with several counter offers going back and forth in one day. The sale went through smoothly. Her design background is a real bonus, because she understands how a house is built and can talk about it with authority. I'd happily use her again and recommend her to anyone selling, especially owner-builders.

Tom was amazing from the very beginning. He was patient, understanding and went above and beyond to support us throughout the whole process.
