I want it recorded that Terry and Amy Griffin are very worthy of a ten rating. It was clearly my mistake and inept use of technology that made a huge mistake. This must be devastating for this hard working couple to whom I apologise. Terry, with whom I had the most contact) was always polite, helpful, had a sense of humour, was honest and straight up in his advice and guidance. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to sell a property.

Terry was there the whole step of the way. Right from when we first looked at Luggage as a potential option for Central Otago. Wanaka wasn't even on the table at that point. Terry totally understood what type of Holiday Home we were after and was always on the look out. He was spot on with the house we ended up with in Wanaka. He was great to work with. Very accommodating and was always professional and polite. We had never been involved in a house auction before, let alone doing it remotely and online. He was very reassuring and is advice about having a plan was spot on. Would highly recommend.
