After house hunting for close to a year, we had a lot of experience with different agents in the region. Gavin was absolutely the most personable, honest, considerate, thoughtful and our favourite agent to work with. He answered our questions about the market in honesty, he considered what we were looking for and listened to us. We were so tired of listening to the same old real estate agent sales pitch and jargon. Gavin was personable and genuine.

Terry Griffins had sold most of the units within our complex so we decided to sell with him as we lived out of town. We were also renting our unit through Harcourts and the rental team were fantastic so we thought Terry would be to plus it was easier for all concerned. At first Terry was great, professional, great communication, local knowledge of sales in the area was fantastic but as soon as the papers were signed to sell we never heard from him again. Still haven't. We did try and contact him after the sale went unconditional but he never got back to us so we gave up and ended up dealing with the Harcourts rental people we had dealt with in the past.
