I want it recorded that Terry and Amy Griffin are very worthy of a ten rating. It was clearly my mistake and inept use of technology that made a huge mistake. This must be devastating for this hard working couple to whom I apologise. Terry, with whom I had the most contact) was always polite, helpful, had a sense of humour, was honest and straight up in his advice and guidance. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to sell a property.

We engaged Gavin to sell our property, the process from start to finish was a very good experience. The communication , enthusiasm and positivity was fantastic. Our experience with Gavin was exceptional. We discovered the house online and requested a last-minute viewing through Gavin that coincided with a school visit for our son. Gavin was very accommodating and found us a time that worked with our journey over from Queenstown. Once we viewed the property, we knew it was the one for us due to its location and specifications. We made an offer that same day and were also able to secure the chattels we requested, thanks to Gavin's assistance.
