We met Tom for the first time at the open home for the house we ultimately purchased. I want it recorded that Terry and Amy Griffin are very worthy of a ten rating. It was clearly my mistake and inept use of technology that made a huge mistake. This must be devastating for this hard working couple to whom I apologise. Terry, with whom I had the most contact) was always polite, helpful, had a sense of humour, was honest and straight up in his advice and guidance. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to sell a property.

We engaged Gavin to sell our property, the process from start to finish was a very good experience. The communication , enthusiasm and positivity was fantastic. We were travelling a lot and always received timely updates on the progress as promised. We also worked with Gavin’s colleague, Belle. She was also amazing and very professional.

Our experience with Gavin was exceptional. We discovered the house online and requested a last-minute viewing through Gavin that coincided with a school visit for our son. Gavin was very accommodating and found us a time that worked with our journey over from Queenstown. Once we viewed the property, we knew it was the one for us due to its location and specifications. We made an offer that same day and were also able to secure the chattels we requested, thanks to Gavin's assistance. Overall, the experience of purchasing the property has been fantastic, and we would highly recommend Gavin to others.

In addition to James great knowledge of the Wanaka area and the Real Estate market.... James goes behind the normal role of an RE agent, he is available 24/7, spends additional time helping answer any questions that may come up, and really adds value to the process, making it highly efficient and resulting in the best possible out come. I would not hesitate for a moment to use James again, and very much recommend you reach out to him if you are in the market for a property. ps I typically do not bother writing reviews on anything, but James really exceeded my expectations, hence have written this review.
