As someone who has a lot of experience in dealing with agents I am often cautious when engaging with someone who works for the vendor. But when working with Tina the experience was very different. Every step of the way we were so informed, Tina's communication was exceptional. And best of all I could trust her, even as a buyer I felt as though she really wanted to ensure we were as well informed as possible throughout the process so we could make a good decision about the property. Celeste was great with communicating with James and I. She was always happy to talk at any house of the day with any questions that we had. She was also good at letting us visit the property at short notice with out building inspector etc. Celeste was very organised with sending prompt emails re putting an offer in etc.

Christine was welcoming, had a good knowledge of the property and its history. She made good arrangements for a second viewing and provided us with all the legal documentation relating to the property including title, cross lease, plans and consented improvements.
