From the start of my listing the property she was pleasant and helpful. I took her advise with all the steps needed and she was very professional. On the Auction evening she pitched the property exactly right, I couldn't imagine how it would end with the perfect outcome. Her energy and positive attitude makes her a great Real Estate Agent. John and I were greatly impressed by Shelleys personable, professional service she gave us. We were well taken care of with excellent communication with us on every step of the process. She genuinely cares about the people and the stress they can go through and wanted to see the buyer or seller fulfill their dreams. The whole selling process was excellent since Tina organised everything so well. I'm not a local seller and completely relied on her to coordinate all parties, including property manager & tenants, photographer, staging specialist, mower etc. And whatever the favour we asked, she's always there and helped us get things sorted. I will definitely use her to be my agent if I want to buy or sell again!
