I first met Gareth when he past by when my property was in the market with another agent over a year ago. He was the only agent who was interested in how my campaign was going and discussed some ideas that he had. The property did not sell. My son put his property on the market and I recommended he discussed this with Gareth as he had made an impression on me when we first met. My son got hold of Gareth and engaged him as his agent. The property sold as soon as it hit the market as Gareth had an interested buyer. I then engaged Gareth as the agent for my property. His experience and expertise got us a sale as well. Great team to work with.

Anita, Leah, Cara and Kylie were simply amazing throughout the sale of the property. We were moving country/just had our second daughter/selling home and were stressed to say the least. The team had a calm and down to earth approach. They recognised our stress levels and quite simply went to the next level to help sell the home. Anita was literally working until 8pm every night just to give you an idea of her dedication. The property was sold within 2 months and settled before Xmas. If I had to summarise the teams approach it would be - hard working, professional, trustworthy and dedicated. If you have any doubts about using Anita over another agent then don’t. There’s a reason she was voted number 1 on the Coast.
