Whilst she was able to be very friendly and approachable, she also still remained professional at all times. Her suggestions and advice were really good and despite initially not wanting to go to auction, after hearing her explanations we decided we would try it and ended up selling at a brought forwards auction with multiple bidders. I was impressed with her marketing, really liked her copy write and also liked how she was able to see how our house could suit various buyers and was able to paint that tailored picture to them.
