Jenna was very professional in her approach, explaining to us the current state of the market and giving advice on how to successfully promote the properties we had to sell on behalf on a deceased estate. She provided good insights and demonstrated her understanding of the market across the Auckland region. She was regularly in contact with us to explain next steps and what we needed to do to prepare for the open homes and auctions. After each open home Jenna provided an update on number of attendees, feedback on the property and any potential buyers. We went to the auction with a good understanding of who the buyers might be and how the reserves should be set.
