Peter was wonderful to work with, friendly, very approachable, immediately responsive (vital for us as we were offshore), always available to answer questions, and very hard working. He gave excellent practical advice based on his many many years of experience, a great communicator throughout the process, and meticulous detail is his forte. Peter Nelson did a fantastic job of marketing and selling our house. He knew the market well, was well organised in helping get all the required information required processed ready for the auction. He was eay to deal with, but most importantly listened to what we said. We were kept very well informed with weekly updates which included how many people they had in the open homes, phone enquiries, email enquiries and an anilisation of whos hot, medium, and cold. We were well aware of how our house was sitting in the market so we were ready for what was coming on auction day. We were pleased with the result.
