Proactive and knowledgeable Agent
Feleki was able to confidently answer all of my buyers questions. He was prompt, reliable, and knowledgeable. He was able to guide me through the Auction process and the forms/signatures required. He met us on-site (outside of the Open Home schedule) so we could have a further inspection of the property. He price guide was accurate. He was honest and reasonable. I absolutely would recommend Feleki to others. We will use him when we sell.

Responsive, informative and made the whole process as easy as it could be.
This transaction was somewhat unique in that we knew exactly which property (section) we wanted and exactly what we were prepared to pay for it. Feleki certainly tested whether there was any room for movement, as you would expect, but ultimately our position never changed. I believe the outcome was a fair deal for all parties. Since the agreement went unconditional, Feleki has continued to be responsive, helpful and proactive in assisting us where needed, helping to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
