Peter Nelson did a fantastic job of marketing and selling our house. He knew the market well, was well organised in helping get all the required information required processed ready for the auction. He was eay to deal with, but most importantly listened to what we said. We were kept very well informed with weekly updates which included how many people they had in the open homes, phone enquiries, email enquiries and an anilisation of whos hot, medium, and cold. We were well aware of how our house was sitting in the market so we were ready for what was coming on auction day. We were pleased with the result. I highly recommend Feleki and his team to anyone looking to sell their property! We were not easy clients; we had a very short timeframe (3 weeks) to sell during a lull in the market, are out of town, and had tenants in the house. Feleki took the stress away by handling everything with efficiency, genuine care and support, and outstanding communication. Being out of town was hard as we couldn't be there to sort anything that needed doing/fixing at the property, but Feleki arranged it all and even helped the tenants clean the house for us! He is professional, reliable, has great contacts, and goes above and beyond. I couldn't recommend anyone better for buying or selling your property. 10/10
