Nate and Amy were fabulous. I meet them to discuss possibly putting my house on the market and right from the beginning they were enthusiastic and made me feel secure . I went away suddenly and whilst in the North Island found a property I wanted and over the phone requested they put the house on the market ! We had to sign digital contracts and he made all this very easy for me. Nate decluttered the house for me to make the house market ready and nothing was too much trouble . As a widow I felt very insecure but any questions were quickly answered and always with professionalism humour and interest . The transition from my house to the purchased property hasn’t been easy from the sellers side in the North Island but Nate has been right there reassuring me of process and allaying fears . He has a wealth of knowledge and also really listened to my expectations of sale price and didn’t try and undercut me which I really appreciated . I highly recommend this couple if you are looking at moving … buying or selling you won’t find a better real estate partnership and you will get the sale you want at a price you want in a very short time frame . I haven’t met a better Realtor and this is the sixth house I have purchased over 47 years !

We chose Amy and her husband Nate to sell our house for us for several reasons. They had previously sold our neighbours house and during that time we had often chatted to them. When we decided to sell, they were the first agents we thought of. We did ask some other agents to do an appraisal. We chose Amy and Nate because they were very approachable on a personal level, but also had good knowledge of the local real estate market and excellent communication skills. We felt from the outset that we were in good hands and trusted completely that they would do their utmost for us. Moreover we felt they were honest in all their dealings with us.
