We found Matt to be excellent throughout the inspection process. He at very short notice gave us a second viewing on the property this was most appreciated as we reside out of town. After making an offer Matt was in contact with as when required and we were able to call him at any time to discuss the sale & purchase. What we most appreciated about Matt was his easy going nature, not pushy and very easy to talk to. His knowledge on the property was excellent and anything else we queried about he was happy to ring the owners to clarify while we were there. We would without hesitation use Matt if we were selling or buying a property in the future.

Matt goes well beyond an agent’s normal role in selling a house , I can not recommend him highly enough.
