As a buyer it's natural to come to viewings with a healthy dose of cynicism, expecting the stereotypical 'shark' agents to push you. Magno was the opposite - a real advocate. He was friendly and warm, not pushy, and bend-over-backwards helpful (even when things looked grim!).
