Honest and straight forward, he made my first home buying experience better than I had expected. Clear and communicative every step of the way. The most helpful agent I had dealt with. Been to over 300 listings, went to two auctions as an unconditional bidder. In one of them the agent had mislead the price of the property which resulted in me wasting my money on valuations and reports. Through the time I had spent going to so many open homes and speaking to all the agents, there are many bad ones out there, a few good ones and Andrew is definitely one of the good ones.
