Trudi was our main contact point, however Kerry and Trudi work closely together, and their individual personalities and styles compliment each other. They set up a ‘What’s App’ group whereby they both communicated with my wife and I on a joint forum which meant we were all on the same page during the sale process. The market seemed a bit indifferent and although we didn’t sell as quickly as we thought we might have, Trudi kept with the plan and maintained exposure with weekly open homes which was much appreciated. The photography was great, the marketing script added some extra flavour…and their performance negotiating and working through to the sale made things happen. I would recommend both Trudi and Kerry as a team…and would have confidence in recommending them to other sellers. Perhaps the only thing that surprised us was the other sales people in the local office didn’t have any buyers that they felt suitable to take through the property…but the good thing was that the Team of 2 came through when it counted😀😜🏆
