We put our Mother's house on the market whilst in and out of the country and I can honestly say Talitha and Her team did a fantastic job of Marketing and selling the house. We got weekly updates and at times we would receive phone calls for an update on an open home even though with the time difference it was way beyond office hours. I can't give anything but a gushing report and when I do relocate back to New Zealand I know who I will be calling. A+++

Jess saw our notice for a private sale and rang to see if we would like her to help with the sale. We really were not interested but said that if she wanted she could send us an appraisal, that was in the evening. In the morning the proposal was in the letter box. We gave it over to Jess. She was seen in our area posting notices of open homes. She worked so hard to achieve a sale in quite a short time.
