Magno is a legend. He’s been so kind, patient and helpful with us. Extremely generous with his time and advice. Even after our own sale, he helped us with house hunting and our next purchase. Couldn’t rate him anything but 10/10. Thank you for taking us through a difficult process with such care.

Preparation, advice and follow up was excellent. One area of suggested attention is to enquire why people would want to live in our area. Magno’s focus on the property and the market was excellent but he didn’t ask why Ferndale. The Sotheby’s agent who sold a neighbouring property made a point of taking prospective buyers through the neighbourhood sharing local knowledge.
