Promising start; Difficult end

Exudes confidence; promises aplenty. Cutback starts when going is tough. Sale is through but at seller’s expense. Go beyond said words; commit changes in writing; double/triple confirm; and be prepared for twist and turns.

Prompt & Professional

It was great having Ash and his team as our agents. Ash was readily available whenever needed even afterhours. Really appreciate his professionalism and keenness to answer all our queries. We live overseas and had some anxieties about putting our property on sale but Ash and his team were so proactive and used excellent marketing strategies that we never felt we were away despite of the distance and time difference.
