Professional and hard working
Harsh and Ash are are the best Real Estate team in Auckland , both are extremely hard working professionals who get results. They clearly understand the complex real estate market and provided some great advice. Their marketing strategy was superb and positioned our property that made it stand out in a difficult market. Both Harsh and Ash provided a service beyond what we expected.

Stellar Agent!
Team Harsh & Ash do their homework on your property even before you decide to chat to them. They are trust-worthy, as we left the sale process to them after we moved cities. The team understands that the ‘little things matter’; communication, patience, appearances, rapport with clients and purchasers. We had one of the best auctioneers in the country sell our property; the auction process was great, weekly catch ups, Q&As, and solid advice during the auction process. Our property was vacant and the team made use of this, by taking potential purchasers through at all hours. Marketing was very professional, and the stager recommended created a minimalistic charm. Our only regret is that we did not pay for the video. Their future is blessed, and so is yours if you choose Team Harsh / Ash.

Smart, kind & professional
As first home buyers going to many, many open homes, we met a lot of agents. From the moment we first met Shelza she had a different vibe. Approachable, friendly, and enthusiastic, she showed us through the house and made sure we had all the info we needed. As our interest in the property grew, she was absolutely fantastic. Smart, helpful and professional, she guided us through queries and uncertainty and was super responsive. She definitely went above and beyond to make sure we got our offer in at the best time and was super patient when we didn't know what we were talking about. With another agent we probably would've missed out on the house we loved so much because we were still figuring out how home buying works. An absolute pleasure to deal with, I can't reccomend Shelza enough and would not hesitate to reccomend her to anyone in need of an agent.
