Happy with the guidance

Raj, the talented seller
I used Raj and harcourts team to sell my takanini property. I found Raj to be straight down the line and honest with his approach to selling. I followed his advice and judgment and presented the property as we agreed to give it the best chance of selling. I was very pleasantly surprised when we received a decent strong offers in the first 48 hours of open homes and we negotiated to make it a better offer. Everything went smoothly and the property sold in 12 weeks. All up start to finish took no more than 8 weeks and that’s because I listened to the advice and was realistic on were the market was at and Raj delivered.”

Excellent
Raj jauhri was absolutely wonderful! it wasn’t easy for me to look around at a bunch of houses in my budget. Raj was incredibly kind, helpful and patient, he arranged house viewings for us after my work shift late in the evenings, and when the right one came along he was right there with us through the whole process! Friendly, knowledgeable and professional!

What an Experience!!
As a first-time home buyer I had done some research beforehand but was really grateful for Shelza! The process went so smoothly and she was an absolute pleasure to work with. She's Dedicated, Researched, and Seasoned: Shelza was amazing! Where it takes days to hear back from realtors, she has responded within minutes, sometimes even seconds! I appreciate your help so much. She offered her opinion when I asked and helped me to consider things I hadn’t thought of. Excellent and very friendly Thank you, Craig, and Shelza for all your hard work and patience with us and for all the hurdles for getting this property on the market. We are very impressed with how this property got sold in a short span of 3 weeks. You guys have put extra effort into knocking on doors in the area to market our property. From the beginning to the end of this campaign, you have always updated us with feedback from people who have been showing interest. For this, you guys are to be commended. I also love how Craig have given us a realistic sample of recent property sold in the area, so we won’t get falls hope as the house market pricing is different from same time this year to last year.

My experience was amazing with Raj. He is a kind of guy who can help you in a way you want. Raj is very good on advice his knowledge on the current market is outstanding. Raj is well spoken guy, he can answer you all the question you have in regards to find a good property what to look for etc. I highly recommend if anybody wants to buy house regardless your situation "what you think" just give a call and see what possibly he can do it for you. 👍

Raj a gem of person and true professional!
Raj just knowing him over short time has come across as genuine professional who listen to his clients and goes out of his way to help deliver a great result. Often what's missing these days is ability to listen and have patience - Raj no doubt excels at both add to it he knows his stuff very well understand market trends and delivers honest advise and values relationship more then transaction - Awesome mate!
