With our house we have had our house on the market for three weeks and we had three offers, She helped us get over the mark. Karen sold my property in a very challenging market. Despite the challenge she not only sold my property but listed and sold the buyer property at the same time! She was very engaging, experienced and friendly. I turned down the offer initially because it was too low. After that we haven’t been getting too many enquiries on my property, so I was beginning to worry as the market was slowing down. Karen kept going back to the buyer and made the deal work in the end, she’s very hardworking and persistent and because of that she not only sold my property in a timely manner, she sold it for a great price as well. Deigo was super patient with us after having to postpone our house sale.
