My home of over 30 years took a wee while to sell but Karen was there every weekend, made herself available for inspections, responding to my queries quickly, knowledgably and always with friendly enthusiasm and patience. Karen kept me fully informed and remained positive and encouraging throughout the process. I always felt that Karen was genuinely focused on providing the best outcome for me in a difficult market.

Phenominal Agent!!

I can't rate my experience with Priya highly enough. From our initial conversation, through to the purchasing of my first home (super exciting) Priya was warm, professional, down to earth and knowledgeable. After selling our family home (a very poor experience with a another company) and then months of searching for our new home, I was exhausted by the lack of communication, dodgy antics and overall experience with the many West Auckland agents I'd encountered. Priya was such a breath of fresh air. The sale went smoothly and easily for both the vendor and I due to her fantastic way of working. Her responsiveness and understanding of the industry made things SO easy. I only with we had worked with her and Diego on our own property sale, however will recommend them to anyone wanting needing assistance in the property market. Thanks again guys!!!

An exceptional agent who genuinely cared about our first home purchase

We had such a great experience working with Cleedon when purchasing our first home. From the very beginning, he was incredibly communicative, honest and upfront, and we always felt like we knew where things stood throughout the process. As first-home buyers, there were a lot of things we weren’t familiar with, and Cleedon was incredibly generous with his advice and guidance. He took the time to answer all our questions, explain things clearly and help us navigate the process with confidence. What stood out most was how genuine and personable he was. He created a really warm, almost family-like feeling throughout the process. We always felt that he had our best interests in mind. We’re incredibly grateful for all his help in getting us into our first home and would happily recommend Cleedon to anyone looking for an agent who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, responsive and genuinely cares about his clients.
