Theresa is the best Estate Agent I have ever dealt with. She truly earns her 5 star rating. She went above and beyond the call of duty to help with the sale. She gave constructive feedback in regard to the house. Also knowledgeable assistance with legal and contractual obligations. She communicated well throughout and was a joy to work with as she alleviated stress where possible. I would recommend and Theresa. Theresa has a strong market knowledge and was aware that it was more of a buyers than sellers market at this time and although the price was lower than I initially had anticipated I saw the same prices on similar properties. She has a very good contractual and legal knowledge and was the most thorough estate agent I have worked with in terms of signing contractual agreement understanding and legal accountability. She communicated well with both my tenant and I in terms of open homes and viewings and when the property needed to be vacated. She was professional and reassuring throughout all interactions. She understood my brief and honored that throughout. My rating was a reflection of her commitment and hard work - Thank you Theresa for being the lovely charismatic person you are.

I found Shari really friendly & she made me feel at home, she's very approachable & relaxed & I love she speaks in Maori language which is beautiful 😍 I feel she's very professional as well, she did a great job negotiating with the buyer & I like how she got things wrapped up & sorted out very well 😊 I think she's really good communicating as well about anything that needs attention 😊 I recommend Shari to others who are looking for a real estate agent to sell their house.
