About Tim

Tim is proudly Wairarapa born and bred being a 5th generation member of a local farming family he loves the district with a passion and enjoys meeting new people who have discovered the beauty and great community feel of the district. He is excited to be working with people looking for a new lifestyle or to enter the Wairarapa market and is especially enthused to be working with new families choosing to make Wairarapa their home and businesspeople who can now run operations locally, commuting part-time to central bases in the city. From Movie Moguls to First Home Buyers Tim has a passion for matching buyers and sellers together achieving some wonderful results selling over $200 million of property during his Real Estate career. Tim has been a real estate agent for 24 years gaining his AREINZ through Massey University as part of his studies toward a Diploma of Business Management. He had farmed up until then and now son Simon carries on the farming tradition with Tim still occasionally helping at busy times on the farm. From Large scale farms to lifestyle blocks, suburban homes and neat urban sections Tim has a wealth of knowledge and experience which he can use to help his clients achieve great results. When not on the Real Estate trail, Tim takes art classes, is a member of the Wairarapa Singers and enjoys following his Grand Children's sport. As a foundation Pupil of Rathkeale College he still retains close ties with the school and is currently on the College's Old Boys Committee. With a combination of professional and dedicated service, his extensive knowledge of property and the strong Harcourts brand he can ensure his vendors attain maximum value for their property.
