Theresa was a real pleasure to deal with from the time she listed our property through till it was sold. Kept us well informed all the way with what was happening and always had a smile on her face. Theresa is the best Estate Agent I have ever dealt with. She truly earns her 5 star rating. She went above and beyond the call of duty to help with the sale. She gave constructive feedback in regard to the house. Also knowledgeable assistance with legal and contractual obligations. Theresa has a strong market knowledge and was aware that it was more of a buyers than sellers market at this time and although the price was lower than I initially had anticipated I saw the same prices on similar properties. She has a very good contractual and legal knowledge and was the most thorough estate agent I have worked with in terms of signing contractual agreement understanding and legal accountability. She communicated well with both my tenant and I in terms of open homes and viewings and when the property needed to be vacated. She was professional and reassuring throughout all interactions.
