She has a very good contractual and legal knowledge and was the most thorough estate agent I have worked with in terms of signing contractual agreement understanding and legal accountability. She communicated well with both my tenant and I in terms of open homes and viewings and when the property needed to be vacated. She was professional and reassuring throughout all interactions.
