Shari was fantastic from start to finish, she had excellent knowledge of the property and if she wasint sure about something would follow up immediately. As a first time buyer I found Shari's real-estate knowledge exceptional as its quite a daunting experience to go through, Shari was reassuring and supportive. I feel Shari went above and beyond for us as we had a few hiccups along the way. Shari was always avaliable for a phone call to put our minds at ease.
