We met Theresa at an open home, and from the get go she was so lovely and chatty. She was very professional at highlighting the property's selling features which would make the vendor very happy. Throughout the whole process of us buying the property Theresa was great at communicating, even when she was away at a conference. She showed personal interest in our family and met us in person to sign and negotiate the purchase agreement. I would highly recommend her!

My dealings with Shannon Hemi and Hamill Realty were positive. I had a sense of trust throughout. While Shannon was primarily the agent for the vender; she was considerate of my position as well. It was not an easy property to sell; being bare land in a depressed market. Also some the available information was vague and limited; Shannon never bluffed and was happy to question areas of concern, on my behalf. I didn't feel pressured during the process and felt valued as a potential buyer. The guidance Shannon gave me through the offer, negotiation and acceptance processes was thorough and helpful.
