When we first contacted Richard, we were completely new to dealing with real estate agents, and we were a little nervous. But when Richard first arrived we were blown away with how professional and understanding he was. No question was ever silly, and he always took his time to explain things and never pressured us into anything that we weren't comfortable with. He was always great to deal with and was always there for us if we needed anything. The whole sale process was easy and we're extremely happy with the offers he got for us.
