Nicky was excellent at communicating with us. From when we first decided to put an offer on she helped us through each step of the process. She kept reaching out to us to make sure things were going smoothly for us and even gave us a few solicitors to try which we were extremely grateful for. As someone who was learning a lot about the buying process it was nice to have support and patience from Nicky. Overall our experience with Nicky was great.
