A fantastic experience with Lorraine
I can't speak highly enough about Lorraine. My husband and I knew that at 79 and 81 we would have to leave our big house and garden in Belmont one day, but when unexpected major health issues hit us both earlier this year we were completely unprepared to move. Lorraine has been a total life saver for us! When we realised the house needed to be done up for sale it immediately went into my already over - full "too hard basket"! Lorraine just said quietly and confidently, "Don't worry - I'll organise it for you" and she did, along with husband Barry and daughter Sally! Lots of unexpected things happened along the way and Lorraine dealt with them all. When it came to selling the house Lorraine's extensive experience in selling in Belmont came into play and, in a rapidly dropping housing market, she managed to get us a very satisfactory cash offer. At the end of the process Lorraine had become a trusted friend - I don't think you can ask any more in a business arrangement!

Chris was amazing!!
We met Chris at another viewing and he chatted to us about what we were looking for, price range etc. he took us to see some listings that suited our preferences and that’s how we found the home we have purchased :) Chris was available whenever we needed and helped educate us on what we needed to know - which was a lot as we are first home buyers! He definitely made the experience easy for us and we enjoyed working with him.

Top Guy, Personable and made the experience a breeze
As a first home buyer everything was very new to us. Paul was great in making the tedious process easy and was very helpful for the millions of questions we had.
