Solid experience here. Paul is extremely professional and well organised, unfailingly getting in touch exactly when he said he would. His advice about the market and our prospects was informed, consistent and proved accurate. This wasn't a typical sale; the house needed a massive amount of work and there was a buyer carve out in the contract that meant Paul and his team didn't know right until the offers were presented whether they would get the sale. That was a tough ask but they worked very hard and delivered an outstanding result, especially given the current market. The three of them work extremely well together, it was a very seamless experience for me as the vendor's representative. I've bought and sold houses before and this was a very good experience. The team know the Wainuiomata market, know their stuff and treat people well. (In contrast, the competition were late submitting a proposal, it wasn't in line with the verbal advice they gave me and they didn't follow up with even a single email or phone call. The difference was pretty stark!)
